The connection between ballet fitness and quantum psychology

The quantum world is a very odd place, that defies what we think is possible, so learning about quantum pschology, health and fitness, are probably the biggest breakthroughs in human potential in generations.

While everyone is talking about AI human intelligence on a quantum level is also accelerating, and if you want to live a healthier more energised life – read on and be amazed.

The first thing to get your head around is that thought influences the cells of your body and the energetic field that surrounds all living things. For those who can read auroras then they will know the colour changes in line with the feelings/energy alterations. Quantum is the basis of faith healing.

 
 

Next we need to understand the body has an invisible electro magnetic field, and thoughts also affect the electro magnetic field out side of your head. Furthermore thought has the potential to influence the thermodynamics of the latent energy in an atom, and we as observers have an intimate relationship with the way particles behave all around us. The very act of watching changes the way particles behave in the quantum world ( double split experiment).

Science is staring to realise there is an active relationship between the outside world and our inner worlds and consciousness extends beyond what we think we think.

So when it comes to ballet, how you think actually influences the way your body reacts to exercise and what you think is possible – manifests into reality. We could call this ‘self-belief’ on a core level, and it’s what divides those who think they can’t and those who think they can. In effect we are constantly programming our reality on a quantum level of limitation or limitlessness.

 
 

Even when you read this last paragraph - your instant reaction to it based on your unconscious belief system, immediately dictated as to whether it accelerated or challenged your perceptive reality- your unconscious programming of what you experience in life.

For those at the top of the ballet world, what defines a good ballet dancer from a great one, is an unconscious belief about themselves – no questions no doubt – thus the symbiotic connection is just that little bit better - more of a natural instate flow. A lion doesn’t think about being agile, it just is – there is no doubt or distraction on any level.

As humans we have brains that have choice about what we think, how we react, what we believe in. But unfortunately we don’t often exercise that choice on a conscious and consistent level, so we end up with the unconscious mind calling the shots while we think it’s just life and maybe we are a victim.

Unlike the lion that follows an unconscious pattern to the letter without choice , we have choice but have a programmable unconscious that’s operating without an operator so to speak as we’ve never learnt how - your higher self is asleep.

So if you want to get better at ballet or life in general, start to edit your thinking so there is no contradiction, manage your emotional complexity, and set out your intention of what you want to achieve in detail.

Remember, doubt delay, denial and distraction are your enemies, and the game is always within you, within your thinking on a quantum level.

You create your reality with your thinking; so master your thinking and your body will follow as far as you want it to go, and as far you’ve been believing it can - until that is YOU change YOUR mind.
