Avocado and Grapefruit Salad For Summer Lunch

A refreshing salad, perfect for a warm summer's day, drizzled with olive oil for extra flavour:

Ingredients:

Avocado & Grapefruit Salad

  • 2 pink grapefruits

  • 115g spinach leaves

  • 2 avocados, chopped

  • 50g pine nuts

  • 100g grapes

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Spicy seasoning salt



How to make Avocado & Grapefruit Salad:


1.Peel the grapefruit so that the albedo (white skin) is removed. Separate the fruit segments.

2.Arrange the grapefruit segments, spinach, avocado, pine nuts and grapes in a bowl.

3.Drizzle over the olive oil and season with Herbamare®Spicy seasoning salt and pepper.
